In the Lo-Ellen Park Secondary School community, students, staff, parents and partners work closely together to foster academic excellence and high student achievement. As a staff, we also believe our timetable best supports the learning needs of our students.  Sustained effort over the course of the entire year enables students to acquire both the desired knowledge base and appropriate skills to follow their chosen pathways and realize their full potential.

At Lo-Ellen, strong academic students who meet the entry requirements have the opportunity to enrol in the International Baccalaureate (IB) Program. In this program, students can earn an Ontario Secondary School Diploma and the International Baccalaureate Diploma concurrently. IB is designed to meet the highest standards required by any secondary school student in the world and is recognized by leading universities in most countries.

Many students have graduated from Lo-Ellen Park Secondary School and become successful in their chosen field. Some of our alumni had clear and focused goals while others took time before they decided what they thought they might like to do. Either way, they committed themselves to excellence and worked hard to achieve their dreams.  We challenge our current students to do the same.
